INNOVATION MANAGEMENT AND
INDUSTRIALIZATION
I EDITION – 2017/2019
The course in Innovation Management and Industrialization is a post-graduate Master course on demand for ITT Italia, a leading company in the production of brake pads and shock absorbers.
Selected candidates will be hired by the ITT before the start of the Master with an apprenticeship contract.
The duration of the apprenticeship contract will be equal to the duration of the Master.
The Contratto di Alto Apprendistato di Formazione e Ricerca is a work contract for training and employment of young people under the age of 30 at the time of recruitment (D.Lgs. 81 del 15 giugno 2015), with highly integrating training and work activities where participants:
- are hired at the beginning of the Master
- obtain (with the required attendance and
after having passed all the examinations) the University Master Degree.
The Apprentice is both a student of the Master and
employee of the ITT Italia.
The Master and the apprenticeship
contract are aligned:
if for any reason the work contract ends, the attendance to the master
must be interrupted (and vice versa).
The Master is aimed to complete the preparation of
recent graduates preferably in Engineering or Chemistry, providing them
with theoretical and practical tools for the management of innovation
processes.
